How to play Texas Hold'em

  1. Two cards each. Everyone is dealt two private cards. The two players left of the dealer button post the small and big blinds to start the pot.
  2. Bet, call or fold. Going around the table, each player folds, calls the current bet, or raises. In No-Limit you can bet any amount up to all of your chips.
  3. The flop, turn and river. Five shared cards are dealt face up in stages — three, then one, then one — with a round of betting after each.
  4. Best five cards win. At the showdown, the best five-card hand using any of your two cards and the five on the board wins the pot. If everyone else folds, you win without showing.

Tables are nine-handed like a real tournament: blinds 100/200 with a 200 big-blind ante, and you start with 20,000 free chips.
